Our services are provided solely to volunteers and prospective volunteers of [Organization Name].

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Required: Name, email, usage data.
- Optional: Phone number.
- Passwords are not stored (authentication handled via Microsoft/Google OAuth).
- We do not currently collect credit card or address information.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide services to volunteers.
- To communicate with volunteers about services.
- For authentication management and abuse prevention.
3. Data Security
- Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) are in place.
- All data requires authentication to access.
4. Third-Party Services
- Authentication is provided via Microsoft and Google.
- We do not currently use analytics platforms.
- We may adopt analytics in the future, with user consent.
5. Children's Privacy
- Volunteers as young as 16 may use the system with adult consent.
- Children's data can be deleted upon request, except anonymized volunteer hours retained for record-keeping.
6. Communication
- We may send emails to registered users.
- Updates will be posted on the website, which serves as the core storage mechanism.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Users may request deletion of their personal information.
- Anonymized activity may be retained for accounting and accurate record keeping.
